Our story
PROEX began in 1983 when founder V.K. Jain set out to manufacture deck players — building audio hardware for other brands through the 1990s. As formats changed, so did we.
The mid-2000s brought VCD and DVD player manufacturing; as DVD slowed, we moved into home theatre systems, then PA amplifiers in 2010. In 2017 the second generation, Atul Jain, joined and widened the horizon — and by the 2020s PROEX had stepped confidently into consumer electronics and electricals with portable speakers, tower speakers and LED TVs.
Through every chapter, one instinct has stayed constant: we are makers, and we build what the next era needs.
